Fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a natural component of the skin that gets diminished as we age.
Thanks to its ability to store moisture, hyaluronic acid is responsible for giving skin a plump, hydrated and lifted look.

The times how we used to use fillers have changed. We use to apply fillers just to fill up wrinkles and nasolabial folds. Now we understand aging process better and the injection techniques has tremendously improved .With aging our bones get thinner, we lose collagen in the skin, and the overlying fat pads slide down, which makes the face sagging down.
Aging face change the shape into a square one, and develops shadows. All these changes contribute to aging look. Therefore, an entirely new approach for modern face rejuvenation includes using fillers for deep placement and volume restoration, (and not only wrinkles) helping to address global facial aging. Fillers are also not only used for an aging face but for facial corrections such as nose, chin augmentation, better facial proportions, as well as for beautification of the face at any age.

8TH SENSE APPROACH
8th Sense has developed a unique technique in treating patients face holistically with fillers and other aesthetic procedures called: ‘8th Sense refresh’. The aim of this technique is to apply filler on your face, delivering a natural look with subtle changes that no-one can notice.
We follow all new trends in filler application such as MD™ code approach, 3D facial rejuvenation, 8th Point Lift by Maurcio de Maio, and new trands in lip augmentation.
Normal activity can be resumed immediately. However, there might be mild swelling and redness. We use particular fillers brand that gives great tissue integration, resulting in minimal swelling and discomfort afterwards. Swelling should resolve within two days (except in the lips, which might take longer). We exclusively use cannula (not as sharp as a needle) for fillers application that has proven advantages in less bruising and improved comfort.
Additionally to avoid possible bruising at the site of injection (that is not injection related) we strongly advise that you to avoid certain things prior and after fillers application:
People are starting treatments younger than ever before. Since 2015, aesthetic doctors saw an increase in injectable treatments, particularly fillers in patients under age 30. Starting relatively young has benefits in preventing facial aging, as prevention is as important as correcting the signs of aging. Definitely, those who started earlier with small amounts of fillers strategically increasing treatment in rapidly aging areas age differently than people who were not treated.
Additionally, the treatment can be used for facial beautification, restoring facial proportion to the best version of oneself, correction of facial imperfections (small chin, crooked nose, thin lips).
This happens very rarely, but the wonderful thing about hyaluronic acid fillers is that there's an enzyme that can be injected into the area to completely dissolve the product.
Although fillers are considered safe, there are a few reasons to postpone an injection such as being pregnant, breast feeding, autoimmune diseases, or if you have any infection on the face. If you are hesitant, or you don’t feel confident that the doctor you consulted with matched your expectations during consultation, rather opt to find a doctor that you fully trust.
